The Council for Culture, Intelligence & Human Continuity

HORIZON is the cultural stewardship council of The Age of Culture.

It is not a board, not an authority, and not a hierarchy. HORIZON exists to hold long-term direction, coherence, and responsibility as TAOC evolves over time.

In a world where culture is increasingly shaped by fast-moving technologies, fragmented education systems, and short-term incentives, there is a growing gap between cultural power and cultural responsibility. HORIZON is designed to address that gap.

The Council brings together a small, carefully composed group of individuals with deep experience across culture, education, creativity, ethics, and systems thinking. Its role is not to control outcomes, but to ensure that TAOC remains aligned with its founding purpose; protecting meaning, preventing drift, and safeguarding cultural integrity across generations.

HORIZON forms slowly by design. Relationships are tested for alignment. Seats are not rushed. Integrity matters more than completeness.

In this way, HORIZON acts as a line of orientation; helping TAOC move forward without losing what it stands for.
